I’m doing the Legs and Back workout on a Saturday this week, as I took Friday as my day off. Today is also the USA vs England in the World Cup. I’m in noway a soccer fan, but I figure it’s one of those things I should watch. You know, like curling when the Olympics are on.
If I’m going to be spending time in front of the TV, I may as well be sweating. So it’s fitting that I do a leg workout while the players are all running the average of 7 miles during the game.
I’ve done the Legs and Back routine so much, that I know it all by heart. All I use the video for is the cues. So I just play it on the PC while the game is on. This time I added weight to exercises I haven’t in the past. I should have been, and it’s sad to say that I don’t just out of habit.
I was really struggling on the pull-ups today for some reason. My GOOOOOOOAAAALLLS (sorry) had to be lowered to only meeting last week’s numbers. Never fear, they’ll be back up next week!
