Day 2 of the week in P90X2 is plyo, as it was in P90X. Instead of Plyometrics it’s PLYOCIDE! Nothing like a name like that to
make you dread get you psyched up to work out!
I was able to the the majority of this workout WITH my own breaks inserted. After a few things like Think Drilll and Frog Burpee Hops, I was quite winded. It’s my first attempt at these exercises, so I’m not going to beat myself up if I can’t keep up. These breaks will go way in time.
This workout consisted of a lot of one-legged balance moves that really got the legs burning. I can tell my butt is going to be killing me for the next couple of days!

I also didn’t have a plyo box to work with, nor did I have a particularly stable chair. I made do with the chair that I did have and was just careful not to fall through the middle!
