Today I’m feeling pretty bad. Got a headache, starting to get sore through my legs. Core is already pretty rough. I think I’m having withdrawal from crappy food and alcohol. It’s been nearly THREE WHOLE DAYS!! ugh..
So I did the Recovery and Mobility routine tonight hoping that all that stretching and rolling would get rid of my headache. I mean, there should be this muscle that’s all knotted up in my shoulders and back and giving me a tension headache, right? Nope! I know I don’t have that magical Rumble Roller that tony is pushing, but I did have the standard sort. If anything, all that blood rushing to my head just made it worse.
I paused the video anyway and spent about 45 minutes total rolling things out. I’ll be curious as to whether it lessens the soreness I’m expecting tomorrow. We shall see!
Now I think I’ll take a hot bath.
