I promise I’ll stop just using this as a place to bitch about what hurts … soon. This is the day that I don’t push the shoulder too hard as I’m ever-paranoid about re-injury. I’m now typing this with a heating pack on my shoulder after tacking my ibuprofen. Better safe than sorry!
I made stead progress today. I was able to meet or beat all of my shoulder numbers. My arms exercises are all progressing nicely. I’m not pulling a lot of weight, but I’m hitting the form just right, and SQUEEZING. This is going to hurt good tomorrow.
Oh, and I feel fine from the plyometrics workout yesterday. Bonus!
