Last week’s plyo was a butt -kicking. This week was just about as bad! I was able to make it through all of the exercises with one exception, hot leg. I just wasn’t feeling to hot in the foot region.
I’ve got a case of plantar fasciitis, so I’ve got to play close attention to stretching my feet and not pushing through any symptomatic pain. Not to mention the fashionable sock I get to wear at night when it gets bad!
Instead, I did calf raises through the exercises. That’s a pretty long time to do calf raises and it burned anyway!
We’ll see how sore I turn out tomorrow.
