Today was a full hour and a half of yoga. No speeding up the first 45 minutes like last week. I think I did pretty well. My shoulders were still tired from the day before, so things as simple as holding them straight up was downright tough!
It’s such a relief to get through the first half of this workout. From then on it’s practically smooth sailing. I’ve started thinking of reaching that 45 minute mark as being “done”. The rest of it is all nice and stretchy. Well other than that damn Yoga Belly 7! Another ab workout? Geez!
