Well, I’m a day late on this exercise. It’s happening on Saturday rather than Friday due to some unexpected… festivities the night before. Hey, I still plan on having fun! As a result, I’m still a bit light headed and shaky today. But this workout needed to be done.
Some of the balance moves like dead lift squats proved a bit more challenging than normal. Perhaps that should be a roadside test for the late night patrol. But I did it. I did bonk about 2/3 of the way through the workout and my numbers dropped of significantly ending with a pathetic 1 Switch Grip Pullup at the end. I was ready to be done. And I was glad when it came. Wait, damnit, abs were left. NOOOOO!
