I love this workout! I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that my face isn’t always on the floor. Not that my floor isn’t clean! I dunno. Plus I can move at a pretty quick pace during this workout. Moving from exercise to exercise and even skipping forward on the DVD to save a bit of time during the explanations.
I improved on my numbers all around and went to the effort of changing out the weights in 5 pound increments. I often just stick with what I’ve got from the last exercise if it’s close. I need to stop doing that.
