I ended up in much of the same predicament as last year, but to a lesser degree. The 5 hour happy hour yesterday led to some … lack of motivation the next day. I got dressed to work out in the AM but it wasn’t until mid afternoon that I felt good enough to work out. But once that time came around, I was good to go. I noted in my log my current condition as to how I was feeling and got after it. I put up some good numbers anyway. It also helped that I was pretty damn excited to go out later that night to eat some hibachi and go 80’s dancing.
