Not much to do this Saturday it’s frigid cold and I’m planning to do some drinking tonight, so I decided to start it off with a bit of time on the elliptical machine. I spend 30 minutes on the contraption before going back up for a my yoga work out. Having your muscles warm from some cardio really helps with the stretching. I was about to grab further down the foot than normal. I always do my yoga workouts in the evening anyways, because I’m just not very bendy in the morning. That way I have moved around all day to warm up.
