Today’s Back and Biceps workout was a bit strange. I didn’t use any different weights than normal, but my biceps started burning really quickly! By the second set of curls, they were on fire! It really affected the rest of the workout. It got a bit better over time, but the pullups completely following the curls were pathetic!
At least I got a good burn out of it. I didn’t skimp on anything and towards the end of the workout I was able to start topping my previous numbers again. I had quite the time trying to switch out the 5 pound increments for the strip set at the end. The shaking that my hands were doing were detrimental to the precision required to use the PowerBlocks
