Fridays seem to always get me. I often end up using Friday as my rest day. This week, Saturday wasn’t any better. I spend the whole day with Kristi and that didn’t leave any time to work out. That’s why I’m doing legs and back on a Sunday this week. I’m got the workout done just in time to start cooking for the Superbowl party I’m hosting. None of it is healthy food, I’ll have you know! Gonna have to kick it up a notch next week.
