Superbowl put a hurtin’ on me! Like how I put the blame on the event rather than myself?? Well the horrible diet and drinking done on Sunday make Monday a no-go for the workout. So I’m doing it on Tuesday. Feel back to normal, plus a few pounds.
It was another great workout. No pain to speak of other than the nice burn. Still quite sore from the Sunday workout. I must have really pushed it. I really pushed it in the Chest, Shoulder and Triceps routine. The cardio x was no problem in the morning either. I even did 3 Dreya Rolls! Though when I come up out of them instead of standing straight up, I end up taking a couple of steps backward. Gut is still in the way. Can’t fold myself far enough.
