I swear there have to be at least 4 “Mother of all P90X workouts”. Whether it’s just a specific exercise or an entire series. Oh well, why can’t it have multiple mothers? It’s 2010!
Soreness factor on the upper body is high.
Plyo kicked my butt today. It’s because I wore myself early in the Squat Reach Jumps. I was jumping up each time trying to touch my fan rather than just “meh” jumping. I nearly didn’t do the “bonus” routines because they’re not much work. Oh well, that’s at least another 5 minutes of moderate heart rate.
