Today turned into a snow day. Work let out early and starts late tomorrow. Score! I figured I could get my workout in early today and be ready to veg out the rest of the time… until I hit the couch. After I woke up I hopped around a bit to warm up and put on a good movie. Instead of putting on the Back and Biceps video, I just did them while watching the movie. It was slow. I took a lot of time between a lot of the exercises and therefor my numbers were way up. I still think it was a great workout, we’ll see tomorrow.
