I mentioned the groin pain yesterday, and it’s quite painful today. I don’t notice it on most moves, but things where I have to cross my left leg over in front of my right leg is painful. That makes chair swing kicks a no go. I was concerned about things like airborne heisman and Mary Katherines, but they were ok, if a little timid. I didn’t do any of the big jerky movements like Jump Knee Tucks or Rock Start Hops. I’m sticking with the “don’t kill yourself” philosophy this week.
All it all, it wasn’t much of a work out. I skipped a lot of the moves and I was pretty rushed anyways. Had to work late and had an appointment to watch Lost with the lady. Lamest. Excuse. Ever.
