Today was Back and Biceps. This is always a pretty good one unless experiencing bone pain. Today wasn’t bad. There was a bit of a tweak, but it only seems to happen on the close grip pullups. I widened them a bit instead and I didn’t have any more pain. Next week is rest week, so I get another chance to recuperate before going at it again. Well, after legs and back that is.
I didn’t watch the video today. I watched Mothman Prophecies! So the workout took longer than an hour, but I was able to put up some really good numbers as a results. I noted on the workout log that I didn’t watch the video and took a slow pace so that next time I’m not depressed by the decrease in weight and reps.
