It seems like I just did yoga… yesterday. Oh yeah… I did. Well it’s not bad when you’re doing the Fountain of Youth Yoga instead of Yoga X. There’s much less dread happening.
Even though it’s a quick 45 minutes, I’m still sore from yesterday’s workout. Mostly in the butt and abs region. That whole standing on one leg thing really burns! I can’t stay up the whole time.
