Man, somewhere I miscounted the day of the program I was on by nearly a week. Today is officially day 92. This is going to be a 104 day workout due to 2 weeks off during the program. I’m going to have to be better about this during the next round. I’ll write all of the days down on a calendar first and then consult it before posting. How confusing for you all!
So this is my second to last week before for the end of 2010 Round 1. Next week will be the last rest week. For today, it was Chest Shoulders and Triceps. Another workout without the video. I’m starting to like doing that. The odd thing about today’s workout is that I didn’t start until late in the evening. It was 9:30 by the time I got to the workout. My excuse? eh… well… I sat down after work to play a bit of Insane Aquarium and quickly lost track of time in the click-fest that is that game! Woops!
By the time I looked up, it was 8:30. I didn’t want to start working out then because I still hadn’t eaten. That would put me eating after 9:30 pm. And following the rule of not eating three hours before bedtime, I instead chose to eat dinner, a turkey sandwich, and then work out after digesting for an hour.
Working out that late did affect my numbers somewhat, but over it wasn’t too bad. It just means I can’t go to bed as early as I had hoped due to the wind down time before I can sleep. What better way to wind down than another few levels of fish feeding?
