I’ve noticed that after doing the yoga workouts (Fountain of Youth Yoga, today), that my foot feels great. No heel pain at all. It’s no wonder, either. With all of the downward dogs that you do, that Achilles tendon and plantar fascia really gets stretched out. All of the stretches that my podiatrist gave me to do are all similar movements, but now I’m doing them for 45 minutes. I’m going to have to remember to do some yoga before the big race.
