It’s been some time since I’ve been able to post anything. I’m working on big project and work and it’s taking up all of my free time. I was able to finish up the P90X Round 1 cycle. It wasn’t a particularly momentous occasion. This round was nothing to brag about. I did make improvements as far as reps and weights go, but the biggest win was that I didn’t hurt myself! That was my main goal. Body fat didn’t change much as I was pretty lax on the diet.
Now it’s about time to start Round 2. I’m going to be a bit more diligent in keeping the posts updated and showing my progress in graph form. Something nice and simple to read! I’ll be doing another Round of P90X with a slight modification. Look for a future post with the modified routine.
Over the last two weeks I’ve mostly been running with a couple of trips to the gym. It feels good to lifts some heavy weight. I’ve also eaten like crap. Not crap like what I did before I knew anything about nutrition, but not following the guide for sure.
Tomorrow is the Warrior Dash. The day after that, round two. Here we go again!
