Yesterday I could not fit in Yoga X or even the shorter Fountain of Youth Yoga from the One on One with Tony Horton series. I wasn’t even dreading it. But I’ve been putting in 90+ hours of work for the past two weeks and yesterday was filled up.
So what do I do if I can’t work out for a day? I make that my rest day. I’m going to go ahead and do Legs and Back today and do Yoga on Sunday. My upper body is still pretty sore anyway.
