Today I did Fountain of Youth Yoga as a replacement for Yoga X. It’s been a very stressful week at work. Combine that with trying to sell a house, hounding deadbeat renters for late rent and waking up every morning at 2:30am to work some more, yoga really hit the spot. Specifically all the stretching. Not so much with the Standing Splits.
I tend to get a knot in the left side of my back about mid way up when the stress is laid on thick. Spending the majority of that routine folded over seems to work that out. Pretty relaxed right now…
