I’m down %1 body fat, lost an inch on my waist and dropped 3 pounds over the past couple of weeks. My plans are working out wonderfully! Muahahaha! I also KILLED my numbers from last week! Well, I’m up 21 pushups and 5 pullups overall since one week ago.
I started late again on Monday; around 9pm. Damn you Battlefield Bad Company 2! Even though I started late, I was able to get really push it out to failure on nearly every move (with a little help from a friend). I could feel it in all the right places as well. For instance, my triceps didn’t give out before my chest, and when I stood back up of from all my pushups, I could feel all the work in my chest, right where it should be. Getting your triceps built up is important for a good chest workout. If that’s still your weakest link, then you’re not able to workout your pecs as much.
