It’s been a long time I’ve done back and biceps. I like the fact that not all of the back workout comes from pullups. I’m starting to dread those somewhat as I get some moderate pain in my forearms which I think is the start of tendinitis.
I was able to write down (type down) some good numbers this week. Since it’s the first time during this round, I busted out the sheets from earlier in the year as a reference as to what weights to use. Many times I added 5 pounds. Here are my base numbers for this workout.
