That server issue from last night turned into working until about 4am only to be woken up first thing in the morning because I had caused some further problems that had all of the directors riled up. I made a showing at work and then left for the day. I was able to take a short nap before hitting the Chest and Back workout in the evening.
I didn’t do any worse than I did the week before, but there also wasn’t a whole lot of improvement. When you’re tracking your progress like you should be during the P90X program, it’s easy to tell the difference when you’re short on sleep or calories. Write that down in your journal so you can realistically know what to shoot for next week. Don’t work off your bonk numbers!
