This is my first extra workout on a Thursday. As I mentioned last week, I’m now adding an additional chest workout to my week on Thursday or Friday. This week it’s Thursday.
I took the day off work to recover a bit from the amount of work I’ve been doing. So after a nice, late sleep in (and some wine the night before) I was able to put in plenty of time to work out.
After the normal One on One workout, Fountain of Youth Yoga, I took my protein and headed to LA Fitness. I only did chest workouts. It was less busy that my trip last week, so I get in some dumbbell time as well. Here’s what the gym workout consisted of

I was quite a bit weaker this week after some drinking the night before, and it showed in the amount of weight I was able to lift. I was still able to get a lot of reps and and it feels good!
