Today I expected a friend to come to town for a visit, so I had to get my workout in early. Workout out in the morning is good thing. That used to be my normal workout time. I slowly started staying up later and later and of course that means sleeping in later and going straight to work. In fact, as I’ve talked about recently, I’ve started working out REALLY late… lately. The more I think about it, the more I know I should get back on track of a morning workout. There are benefits to working out in the morning.
It turns out she didn’t make it to town, but I got the workout done early anyway!
