Did Plyo today. A bit of an improvement over last week. I wasn’t fighting my hip flexor pain the whole way this time due to Ab Ripper the day before. They were just more tired than anything. I got a bit lower in the squats today and felt nothing scarying the hamstring. This is good! The only thing about today that wasn’t awesome was that the Hot Foot move caused my some pain in my feet. This is not unexpected as I had plantar fasciitis last year. I’m NOT going to push the the pain in that case. I just stood there and stared at the screen for 45 seconds. I’m ok with that.
