This last weekend was pretty rough. On Saturday I did Kenpo Cardio X as planned. Everything went well there. Got it done early in the afternoon and was able to move on through the day. Unfortunately the rest of that day was … liquory? I went out on a double + 1 date and stayed away from the beer. That just left whiskey. And then shots later that night…err… next morning. Like 3am. It ended up being a very late night.
I didn’t wake up the next day until about 1:30 and didn’t eat much. Napped on the couch a lot. Didn’t do the optional X-Stretch like I had planned. And dealt with some relationship issue. Yay!
So the weekend wasn’t as clean as I would have like going in to it. I didn’t eat bad food. That part was at least very clean, but the boozing affected my caloric intake the next day.
But, hey, I’ve still got a life to live! All of the dehydration showed in the scale, though. So I was down 2 pounds over the weekend, albeit superficial.
