Today was another day where I couldn’t get out of the house, so it was a work from home day. Hooray! Throughout the day, I noticed that I kept turning up the heater more and more. I suppose that could be due to the 15 degree weather outside. Instead of shelling out more bucks to keep myself warm, why not just work up a sweat?
I turned off the heater and actually ended up cracking the door a bit. Once I got up and started the routine, I realized just how warm it really was in there. It’s all a matter of perspective. If you’re sitting around doing nothing, you’re not generating as much heat. This made me wonder if there could be other issues at play, like clogged sewer lines causing the house to retain more humidity and warmth. I am planning to contact an expert to make a plumbing repair seattle ASAP to ensure everything is in the right condition.
Well the workout went great. I was watching the snow fall outside and watching the sweat fall on the inside. As always, Legs and Back kicked my butt. Since I had the whole day to get it done, I didn’t do the ab workout right after the main workout. Instead, I waited about an hour and was recharged enough to bang out most of Ab Ripper X.
Still on track! The big hurdle this weekend is going to be the Super Bowl…
