Monday was the day after the Superbowl and the very “off” day. Monday was the day my body told me how much it hated me.
I missed the first half day of work due to stomach issues, but it cleared up early enough for me to do my Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps workout before going in. It did NOT however, clear enough that I felt… safe… enough to do the ab workout. Oh my. So this marks my first day in this round of P90X that I missed an ab workout. So, I guess I failed my goal. Maybe I’ll just an extra one some day?
But, despite the general displeasure I was in, I was really able to bring it to the workout. Not having to do the workout as soon as I got home, was sure a plus!
