What flavor Protein Powder do you use?
Have you seen in the P90X nutrition guide to stir in a cup of Protein Powder to your soup? Are you really supposed to stir in a scoop of chocolate or vanilla Protein Powder into soup???
Thanks!
Ryan

Hi Ryan,
Haha, yeah, I’ve seen that! … never really got around to trying that. Though in the butternut squash soup, it might not be bad! It’s pretty thick to begin with. I think I’ll try that out this fall.
I do vanilla in the oatmeal. Vanilla Ice Cream to be exact. Preferably the Optimum Nutrition brand as I like the flavor.
