Instant Oatmeal with Almond Butter and Protein Powder. A quick and easy way to get your morning protein.
Ingredients
  • 1 Package of Quaker Instant Oatmeal
  • 1 Cup of 2% Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of Almond Butter
  • 1 Scoop of Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 dash of cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Combine contents of oatmeal package and milk into a microwave safe bowl
  2. Cook in microwave on high for 1 minute and 15 seconds
  3. Remove from microwave and immediately stir in almond butter and protein powder
