P90X doesn’t to a whole lot about giving a guy a bit chest. So I’ve decided to add a bit more of a chest workout on Friday. Today wasn’t a whole lot. I did some dumbbell presses and dumbbell flies on my ottoman. It’s a pretty stormy night and I wasn’t about to get out to the Gym.
The Legs and Back portion of today went well. I still have some tightness in my right hamstring, but I don’t think it’s anything that will last. I was still able to to all of my workout. This is my first legs and back routine in my new shoes and they help a ton! I found myself having much better balance on Speed Skaters and all of the various balance lunges and one legged moves. The wide base of a cross trainer suits those exercises much better than a running shoe!
