I dunno what the deal is, but today felt pretty weak. I didn’t exactly go back to last year’s chart and see what weight I was throwing around, but I had a pretty good idea of what I should be lifting. I didn’t feel like where I should be. It’s been a pretty lethargic day. Another day working from home and snowed in. Maybe that contributed. I still went to exhausting and more, so I should be plenty sore.
It was my first day of Back and Biceps. I’m not upset about it. I still gave it my best. Oh and about half of the ab ripper x. I’m very sore from Monday!.
