Well it’s the start of week 2 of P90X for 2010! I’m feeling good! Nothing hurts at the moment. Nothing sore, today was a good workout.
Last Monday I wasn’t doing my pull-ups from a dead hang like I am now, so I wasn’t able to meet all of my numbers from the last Chest and Back workout. That’s ok! Gotta look past that number at the bigger picture.
I did experience some weakness in my right shoulder during the last sets of push-ups, but no pain. That’s all I can ask for right now. It was just a matter of giving out and crashing to the ground. Going to failure.
At a week in, it’s also time to take to a progress photo.
Not much yet, but I have high hopes!
