Today marks the start of phase 2 of this round of P90X, Chest, Shoulders and Arms. This is another workout that’s easy to do without the video and it doesn’t have a lot of timed exercises. Since this is the first time I’ve done it in months, I watched the video. Gotta make sure I get those scarecrows just right!
Speaking of scarecrows, that’s one of the exercises that I really get a benefit out of doing in front of a mirror. That way I can make sure I’m not holding my arms out too high or too low. Too high and I risk aggravating my rotator cuff again. Plus those shoulder muscles are starting to look good!
