This last weekend (starting with Thursday) has been rough. As a result, I’ve slacked on my workouts. Horrible, I know! Some of it was due to physical exhaustion, some of it was from mental exhaustion, some of it was due to nursing issues. My friend had to go to the ER on Thursday and I’ve spent most of the weekend taking care of her and staying up late with her. She’s feeling much better now, but then Valentine’s day made for another busy evening.
I had some comfort food with her, but nothing horrible. We still ate healthy other than some yogurt zone and wine. Valentines day… well let’s not talk about the Valentine’s day diet.
As it stands now, I don’t plan on trying to make up for the lost workouts over the weekend “officially”. I say “officially” because I’m not stopping on my goals after 90 days. I just had an off weekend. So this week, I’m a day late in the cycle. My normal Monday is now Tuesday. Tuesday is Wednesday. Etc.
Getting back on track!
