The normal Kenpo routine just doesn’t do it for me. I barely get a sweat going. Spending 10 minutes doing air blocks is not my idea of a workout. Today I popped in the Kenpo Cardio X DVD from the P90X+ series. I like this exercise MUCH better. There’s no real down time to speak of, moves are back to back with the only “rests” buying “cardio breaks” of jogging, shuffling, jumping jacks and back fists. My heart rate just stays at a good level then entire workout. I’m not panting and watching the clock tick down and not bore watching the clock tick down.
