Here I go again pushing the schedule back a day. Today the rest of my life got in the way of my workout schedule. I got a desperate call for help just as I left work and swooped in with my Computer Nerd cape to save the day! Well that turned in to doing a bit of work for a local company, making some extra cash, and then out of a few drinks afterward. So I decided it was in my best interest to not throw a bunch of weight around over my head while inebriated. I know, I know. Silly.
So now this week is set back one day. I’ll be using Wednesday as my rest day and workout through Sunday.
