That free beer really kicked my ass last night! I lost count of how many, but it was plenty dark by the time I got home. I spent the rest of the night chugging water until I couldn’t stay up any longer.
I didn’t feel to bad when I woke up and I still really don’t feel bad, just beat up. I’m a bit shaky and pretty tired altogether. And boy did it wreak havoc on my intestines

But today isn’t a rest day, that was yesterday! So off I go on a run. Today is supposed to be Legs and Back, but with the Warrior Dash less than a month away, I want to make sure I have plenty of time to get my legs under me. I can do a 5k. As it stands today, I’m pretty sure I can push the whole thing out without stopping. But I’m not going to push myself just yet. I also didn’t see any cars to climb over or mud to crawl through. Ok, I saw mud, but… that’s for later.
Today’s run lacked energy and it wasn’t really surprising. I took a lot more breaks as I did the 3 mile run. I spent a good deal of the morning drinking water, so I didn’t feel dehydrated. Only the slightest of stitch in my side as well. Just… well… hungover.
