I did about 80% of Ab Ripper X in my commitment to doing every ab exercise this round. Getting better bit by bit.
I do love the Shoulders and Arms workout. I think a lot of it has to do with not having to crawl around on the ground for much. There’s just something about that that makes me dread a workout. I’m much more happy standing and doing curls. Perhaps it’s because I get to watch myself in the mirror easier! Yeah, that’s gotta be it.
Today was another flawless execution. Yes, one immaculate workout if I do say so myself. Combine that with my perfect diet from today and I may as well start knitting a cape for myself!
