Today was Kenpo. I opted for Kenpo Cardio X with [amazon_link id=”B00091RYCC” target=”_blank” ]weighted gloves[/amazon_link]. Last week I had to skip the weights due to a “loose” feeling shoulder. This week was much better, though I made sure to keep the arms tucked in on certain moves.
Still on track overall. Been replacing my afternoon snack of almonds and blueberries with tuna because I always eat almonds in the morning, and I think that may be pushing it. Tuna is some clean protein!
