What do you know? Today I couldn’t find time to do my workout. I get off work, start working again, go to bed early so I can get up at 2am and do overnight work. Then get up and go to work again the next day. My job is a beating at the moment. I’m sure it’s just coincidence that it’s Yoga day. Again!
Maybe it’s a mental block that I have that just gets me doing other things instead of working out. It can’t be a coincidence that Thursday is always bad. I totally planned on workout out today! It wasn’t even that I dreaded it. I planned on doing the Fountain of Youth Yoga from the One on One series again. That workout is not bad!
Oh well, here’s the plan. I’m going to do my normal Legs and Back workout tomorrow, then Kenpo on Saturday. On Sunday I’ll just do Yoga again instead of resting. I though about doing yoga on Saturday, but I’m thinking my legs are going to be in a world of hurt from tomorrow’s workout.
