I’ve got a lot of little projects going on right now that are taking up my posting time. I’m still finding time to do my workouts, however. So today I’m going to be doing a single post for the end of last week.
Day 63 – Kenpo Cardio Plus instead of Kenpo X
As per usual, I’m doing the routine from the “Plus” set of discs instead of the regular kenpo. Nothing new here. Pretty simple workout. Took it easy on some of the moves to protect the groin. Some of my left kicks were lower than my right kicks. My hamstrings are also quite sore from the back to back yoga from earlier in the week.
Day 64 – Stretch minus the X
I stretched today, but it wasn’t to the video. It was during the Thursday TV funnies. Just stretching and laughing.
Day 65 – Core Synerwho?
So it was Friday. My first day on call for this rotation and a free drink offer for happy hour. I’m a sucker. I didn’t drink much, but it set the pace for the rest of the night. No workout.
Day 66 – Core Synergistics instead of Yoga X
See day 62, move it back a few days. I did this one a day late.
Day 67 -Nada
I planned on doing Yoga today since I’m running a day late. But the on-call this weekend wasn’t particularly nice and I spend half of Sunday working. Oh well. Tomorrow starts the fun stuff again.
So I’m not particularly happy with the last half of last week, but I’m not going to sweat it too much. I’m still not stopping. 90 days is just an arbitrary goal date.
