I’ve been doing hybrid workouts for some time now. I will generally replace Yoga X with Fountain of Youth Yoga from the One on One series. I replace Kenpo X with Kenpo Cardio Plus from the P90X Plus discs. I replace Ab Ribber X with Abs Core Plus, also from P90X Plus. These have worked out great for me and keep me from getting bored (and sick of hearing the same jokes from Tony).
Now Beachbody has published their own hybrid workout sheets. I’m going to have to pick one of these for round 2 this year! Maybe P90X/Insanity…
