Last week was pretty sinful. Having a guest most of the week during St Patrick’s day led me astray. But now I’m born again. Got a class reunion coming up in May. Got some warm days starting to happen. Warrior Dash on May 2nd! Tanning tax in July (oh no)! It’s time to get after it.
Today was Chest, Shoulder and Triceps. I did pretty well, though not as many reps as a few weeks ago. I had to bail out on the pike presses due to some pretty acute pain in the rotator cuff area. I’m not messing around with that again.
Diet is back on track today. The Hooter’s chicken salad is a pretty decent option for eating out at lunch. Skip the crutons, take it easy on the cheese and be sure to dip into the dressing rather than putting it on top and you’re golden. I didn’t double up on protein bars today either, as I’ve been known to do. Hard boiled eggs and tuna is where it’s at!
