P90X Day 24 – Oops! Got it backwards.
Well I thought yesterday was supposed to be X-Stretch, but it was Kenpo day. No big deal. Today is now Kenpo day! It’s another easy day. Kenpo just doesn’t get my heart rate up too much. I think I’ll bust out the Kenpo Cardio Plus next week to kick it up a notch. BAM!
